If you miss your booking and were unable to cancel it (e.g., due to illness), you should contact the padel center directly. Each center has its own policies regarding missed bookings, and they may be able to assist based on their specific terms.

To review the trade terms and conditions, visit the Account page in the app and navigate to the Conditions tab. If you want to view terms specific to a particular padel center, make sure you’ve selected the correct location first.
