Membership Statuses Explained

Understanding your membership status is important to know whether you have access to benefits or need to take action to maintain your membership. Below are the different statuses and what they mean:

1. Pending

Your membership is currently deactivated due to a pending payment. This status occurs when a payment attempt has failed, and the invoice has not yet been settled. Once the payment is made, your membership will be reactivated, and you can resume enjoying the benefits.

2. Active

Your membership is fully active, and you have access to all the benefits. No payment issues have been detected, and your account is in good standing.

3. Unpaid

Your membership is active, but a payment has failed. You can still use your membership, but there is an outstanding invoice that needs to be paid. Be sure to update your payment details and clear the invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid, your membership will be deactivated.

4. Termination Period

Your membership is in the process of being terminated. This status occurs when you or the organization have initiated the cancellation of the membership, and it is still within the notice or grace period. During this time, you may continue to use the membership benefits until the termination is finalized. You can also choose to reactivate your membership again, this allows you to regain access to all the benefits of your membership without having to sign up again.

6. Cancelled

Your membership has been permanently cancelled, either due to repeated failed payment attempts or because you have chosen to end it. You no longer have access to the membership, and it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to rejoin, you will need to sign up again.
