If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! You can easily reset it by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the App or Visit the Website

• Launch the LeDap app on your mobile device or visit ledap.app on your browser.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Your Password?"

• On the homepage, find the "Forgot your password?" link and click on it.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

• You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
• Input your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.

Step 4: Check Your Email

• If your email exists in our system, you will receive an email containing a password reset link.
• Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder, just in case) for the email.

Step 5: Follow the Instructions in the Email

• Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
• You will be directed to a new page where you can create a new password.

Step 6: Create a New Password

• Enter your new password in the designated fields.
• Password Requirements: Ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

Step 7: Save Your New Password

• After entering your new password, confirm it and click the "Change Password" button.
